Poster Presentation Guidelines
Dear Presenter,
We are delighted to confirm your participation in the conference. To ensure a smooth coordination process and an effective presentation of your work, we kindly request that you review and follow the guidelines below:
1. Professional Photograph (if applicable)
Please submit a high-resolution professional photograph for use in official conference materials.
2. Biography (where applicable)
Share a concise biography of approximately 250 words for inclusion in the official conference program.
3. Organization Details (if applicable)
Provide the name of your organization/institution.
Submit your official organization logo in high quality (PNG or JPEG format).
4. Poster Title Confirmation
Kindly share the finalized title of your poster for inclusion in the scientific program.
(Please disregard this point if already submitted.)
5. Abstract Submission
If your abstract has not yet been submitted, please bring a copy of your poster abstract to the conference.

6. Presentation Slides
Prepare 10–15 slides to support your poster presentation.
This will assist the committee and session chair in reviewing and fairly evaluating your work for the Best Poster Award.
7. Soft Copy Submission
Kindly share a soft copy or a drive link of your poster materials in advance to facilitate smooth arrangements.
8. Conference Branding
Please ensure that the official conference logo is included on each slide of your poster presentation.
9. Social Media Promotion
You will receive an official Poster Banner from the organizing committee.
We encourage you to share this banner with colleagues and post it on your social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to promote your participation.
