1. Abstract Review Fee: This fee is mandatory for all speakers and
poster presenters. It must be paid immediately after submitting your abstract.
2. Review Process: The
DigitalpathologyUCG2026 Organizing Committee and Editorial Board Members will
review your abstract, but this will only happen once the review fee has been
paid.

4. Acceptance & Next Steps: If your
abstract is successfully reviewed and accepted (and any requested edits are

Medical Education participation.

All participants traveling from outside the
UAE are required to pay a Visa Invitation Letter Processing Fee. This fee
covers the preparation and issuance of an official Visa Invitation Letter,
which includes:
Your full name as per passport
Passport number and nationality
Conference details and confirmation of
participation
Signature and seal from the organizing
committee
This document is essential for your visa
application and helps demonstrate the purpose of your travel to UAE immigration
authorities.

Students attending the conference are
eligible for a discounted registration fee. To qualify, participants must
provide a valid student ID card during registration.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please note the following terms regarding
cancellations and changes to your registration:
- Registration fees are strictly
non-refundable.
- Once payment has been made, no refunds will
be issued under any circumstances.
If you are unable to attend in person, you
have two alternative options:
- Transfer your registration to the next
edition of the conference.
- Convert your participation to virtual
(online) attendance for the current event.
- All changes must be communicated to the
organizing committee in advance of the event date.
