Certificate Fee (Mandatory)
1. The Certificate
Fee is a mandatory component of the registration process for all participants
(Speakers, Delegates, and Poster Presenters) who wish to receive an official
Certificate of Participation or Presentation.
2. This fee covers the administrative costs associated with certificate
issuance, verification, and record maintenance.
3. Participants who choose not to pay the Certificate Fee may still attend and
participate in the conference sessions; however, they will not receive an
official participation certificate.
4. The Certificate Fee is non-refundable once processed, as it is used for
administrative and certification procedures.
5. Certificates will only be issued after the full completion of the conference
and verification of attendance

Abstract
Review Mandatory Fee (for Speakers and Poster presenters):
1.
Abstract Review Fee: This fee is mandatory for all speakers and poster
presenters. It must be paid immediately after submitting your abstract.
2. Review Process: The DigitalpathologyUCG Organizing Committee and Editorial
Board Members will review Your abstract, but this will only happen once the
review fee has been paid.
3.
Acceptance & Next Steps: If your abstract is successfully reviewed and
accepted (and any requested edits are made), you'll receive an abstract acceptance letter. Afterward, you can proceed with the registration process for
the event.

21 CME Credits Information
Participants wishing to earn CME credits must pay both the Delegate/Speaker/Poster Fee and the 21 CME Credits Fee to attend the conference and qualify for CME certification.
Those registered under the CME Package will receive a 21 CME Credits Certificate, officially recognizing their Continuing Medical Education participation.
Note: The CME credit certificate is issued only upon completion of the required conference sessions.

Participants wishing to earn CPD credits must pay both the Delegate/Speaker/Poster Fee and the 21 CPD Credits Fee to attend the conference and qualify for CPD certification.
Those registered under the CPD Package will receive a 21 CPD Credits Certificate, officially recognizing their Continuing Professional Development participation.
Note: The CPD credits certificate is issued only upon completion of the required conference sessions.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Please
note the following terms regarding cancellations and changes to your
registration:
All
changes must be communicated to the organizing committee in advance of
the event date.
- Registration fees are strictly non-refundable.
- Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
If you
are unable to attend in person, you have two alternative options:
- Transfer
your registration to the next edition of the conference.
- Convert
your participation to virtual (online) attendance for the current event.
